Each piece begins as a precision-designed digital model — sculpted and printed in-house to capture every detail. Depending on the tier, pieces are either hand-painted or brought to life through electroforming: a process that builds thick, durable copper base layers, finished with silver, gold, rhodium, or other precious metals. Every piece is sealed against oxidation and environmental wear — hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and engineered for daily wear, not just the display case.

Tiers differ in both appearance and durability. Not all 3D printed jewellery is equal — we only electroplate our own precision-designed models, optimised specifically for the plating process. Metal-plated pieces are significantly more durable than painted ones. Among metal finishes, rhodium is the most durable coating in the jewellery industry — used by the world's top brands on their most premium collections. If you're looking for a piece built for daily wear, the higher tiers are the best investment.

Every Figrio piece is made in Hungary — from digital sculpting and 3D printing to hand-painting and electroplating, the entire production process takes place in our own studio.

Standard pieces are covered by a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer law. Custom and personalised orders — made specifically to your request — are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

All pieces are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty against manufacturing defects in accordance with EU law. Please note that natural wear of the plating through regular use does not constitute a manufacturing defect — which is why we include detailed care instructions with every order.

We use Stripe for payments — one of the world's most trusted and secure online payment platforms. All card transactions are fully encrypted. Figrio never sees or stores your card details.

Detailed care instructions are included with every order. In general: store in a dry, airtight box, avoid contact with perfume, sunscreen, and chemicals, and remove before water activities. With proper care, your piece will maintain its appearance for years.

Yes — but only using our own designs. We are unable to plate externally sourced or third-party models, as the quality of electroplating depends heavily on the print and surface preparation parameters we optimise for our own process. If you have a concept in mind, get in touch — we'll design and create it to our own standards.

Custom orders typically take 2–4 weeks from confirmation, depending on complexity. We always agree on the exact timeline before starting work.

Processing takes 3–5 business days as every piece is hand-finished. Shipping within the EU usually takes 5–7 business days, international orders may take up to 2 weeks. Every order includes a tracking number.
