Email addresses are stored securely using Cloudflare Workers KV, with data centres located within the European Economic Area. Cloudflare acts as a data processor on our behalf and is GDPR-compliant. Your data is protected by industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.

6. How long we keep your data

We will retain your email address until one of the following occurs:

You unsubscribe or request deletion
Our shop launches and the launch notification has been sent
12 months have passed since your sign-up, whichever comes first

7. Sharing your data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is only accessible to Figrio Studio and our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) as described above.
